1. Introduction

Welcome to LinqBee, operated by The Linq Group b.v. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinqBee web application and associated services (collectively, "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description and Scope

LinqBee provides tools to enhance communication efficiency and effectiveness within LinkedIn Sales Navigator through our Chrome extension which you can download in the Google Chrome store. The Service aims to help our clients expand their business pipelines by offering tools for managing professional relationships. Users acknowledge that the use of our Service is contingent upon compliance with these Terms.

3. User Obligations

Users are required to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• Use the Service in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.
• Refrain from sharing their account credentials or using the Service to impersonate another individual.

5. Content Standards and Conduct

Our Service employs safeguards to prevent the generation and dissemination of harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content. However, users must not use the Service to:
